How Do I Look At the Details of a Ticket and Respond or Add More Information?
After you have logged into the UR-Channel Content Portal:
- Visit the "My Area" section
- Select the status of the ticket that you wish to view (typically "open" tickets)
- Then click on the ticket "title" to open it up
Once inside the ticket, you will see the left hand side of the ticket will have a conversation thread and any attachments.
On the right hand side you will see ticket details and properties including what type of ticket it is (Layout), the ticket number, status and other information.
You can edit the ticket by clicking on the red "Edit" link at the top of the right hand side of the information panel.
When in edit mode, you can update some of the ticket properties that you were able to enter when creating the ticket. You will not be able to update the "Title" or the description. The description will show as the first item chronologically (last item on the list) in the conversation thread on the left hand side of the ticket.
To add to the description or comment, you can use the "Reply" or "Comment" buttons.
