What Can I Use the Portal For?

The purpose of the portal is for our Creative clients, i.e. clients who we create and/or schedule content for to be able to submit and track their requests more efficiently.

In the past these requests have been handled by email and phone calls and messaging apps which can be confusing when some of our team or your team is not included on part of the conversation. Rather than continue with these inconsistent methods of communication, we have developed a portal where requests can be submitted and users can track the status of their requests and our entire team will have access to each request without something being buried in someone's inbox.
We believe that this will help our scheduling and content development process be more efficient and effective.
