What Are Tickets and How Do I Submit One?
A ticket is how we refer to your requests for new content development and/or scheduling of content.
Each request or project will be submitted under a new ticket and will have certain information requirements dependent on what type of ticket it is.
To submit a new request, click on the "Tickets" icon on the portal's home page.
If you are not already signed in, enter your email address and password.
Once signed in, you will see your existing tickets categorized by "Open", "Closed" or "On Hold". Simply select the appropriate section to view those tickets.
