What's the Difference Between a Creative Development Request and Content Scheduling Request?

When you click "Add Ticket", you will be presented with two choices of ticket types.

  1. Creative Development Request

    Use this ticket type to provide a creative brief and media assets (if applicable) for any content you would like created or adjusted by the UR-Channel Design team.

    You can also use this form to provide additional scheduling information for displaying your new content on your digital display network once it has been approved.

  2. Content Scheduling Request

    Use this ticket type to provide scheduling information and media files for existing content that you would like to be published to your digital display network.
